Erika practices construction defect litigation.

She has experience representing individuals, corporations, and strata corporations through written and oral advocacy at the B.C. Supreme Court and Provincial Court.

Erika previously practiced commercial, corporate, and property litigation at a B.C. boutique litigation firm. She summered and articled in diverse practice areas at the Vancouver office of a national law firm, including environmental contamination law, Aboriginal law, privacy law, and employment law.

During law school, Erika gained legal experience from internships at a variety of legal institutions, including the National Judicial Institute, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Division of a Community Legal Clinic.

Prior to commencing her career in law, Erika was a medical researcher and co-authored publications in international medical journals on the subjects of Parkinson’s disease and pediatric surgical diagnostics.
