Jojana L. Roth

Jojana maintains a civil litigation practice with a primary focus on construction defect and strata disputes.

Jojana has advocacy experience in all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution processes. Jojana works with her clients to drive disputes towards a realistic and practical solution.

Prior to joining Lesperance Mendes, Jojana practiced at a boutique insurance litigation law firm in Vancouver, B.C., where she gained experience in the fields of dental malpractice, personal injury, subrogation, and construction litigation.

Out of office, Jojana enjoys playing music, skiing, travelling, and exploring art galleries.

Jojana’s work includes:

  • Representing strata corporations in multi-party construction defect claims
  • Representing and advising strata corporations and strata lot owners on a variety of Strata Property Act issues
  • Enforcing 2-5-10 new home warranty claims for building envelope, structural, mechanical and electrical defects
